Governance

GORM operates as a social enterprise (or social business). This means all our activities and traded services are driven by our social mission, and we reinvest our profits to achieve our vision. We are an open book and committed to good governance, transparency and operating with integrity. It is at the core of everything we do.

While GORM is not a registered charity and not required to comply with the Charities Governance Code, we are committed to ensuring a high standard of governance in the organisation and have implemented many aspects of the governance code recommendations. Our governance measures are constantly reviewed by both our senior leadership team and board of directors. We maintain detailed financial records and controls and make our audited financial statements available publicly.
