Beatriz Gómez Moreno

Beatriz Gómez Moreno, a Spanish Social & Cultural Psychologist, is COO of GORM, an award-winning Irish social enterprise promoting unity and belonging for marginalised communities. She oversees GORM’s operations and Intercultural Competence training, critical to its social enterprise model.

A First Honours graduate in Global Mobility and Diversity Psychology, Beatriz researches media’s impact on stereotypes and solidarity. Recently appointed as youngest board member at Uplift, she has over a decade in DEI project management and psychosocial support for migrants and refugees across Europe and Africa. Beatriz co-founded the Latino-European Social Psychological Network and led pioneering research on Intercultural Competence in Ireland’s public sector.
