Pendo O'Donoghue

Pendo is a sales leader with 20 years of experience in the technology industry. She currently serves as the Director of Sales for the Middle East & Africa at Google Ireland. Her career began in Zimbabwe over 24 years ago, starting with a children's non-profit organisation. She later transitioned into research before joining Google in 2005. Pendo also represents Google at the Dublin Chamber of Policy, where she sits on the Labour taskforce. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, Pendo serves as the executive sponsor for the Black Googler Network in Ireland, supporting and empowering Black Googlers. She is also dedicated to developing her team and mentoring young women in the tech industry.
