A MOVEMENT OF UNITY

A MOVEMENT OF UNITY

It’s time to build an Ireland where everyone belongs.

OUR BIG VISION

With an understanding that difference does not mean division, our vision is to spark a movement of unity and shared understanding across social, political and cultural differences.

WHO WE ARE

In Ireland, we are becoming a more diverse society, yet we are becoming increasingly divided. While Ireland grapples with the new and existing multicultural reality, it is buckling under the weight of toxic polarisation, high mistrust towards the ‘other’, and out-group scapegoating—divisions that are now being exploited in online and social media spaces.

By cultivating a community of Unifiers (individuals, communities and businesses), we bring about social and narrative change through digital media and evidence-based intercultural training and consultancy.

OUR STORY

TOLD BY OUR

FOUNDER

WHAT WE DO

We drive social change through the act of radical belonging. By simultaneously working with company leaders and underrepresented communities on the ground to unify, we cultivate holistic approaches to social change.

GORM is guided by Belonging Design Principles, and work under three core pillars. These are: Equipping Leaders, Enable Communities and Elevate Voices.

EQUIPPING LEADERS

We equip leaders through evidence based intercultural training and consultancy.  Our team of expert Psychologists (Msc. and PhD Levels) have over 30 years of accumulated academic research and industry experience in the area of Intergroup Relations, Cultural Diversity, and Culture Management.

  • With an understanding that difference does not mean division, our vision is to spark a movement of unity and shared understanding across social, political and cultural differences.

  • Our mission is to bridge community and industry through a unique blend of digital media and evidence based intercultural training and consultancy.

  • GORM is a non-partisan & non-religious social enterprise that focuses on a human first approach to engaging across lines of difference through media related projects, and intercultural training programmes. We are guided by the following values in realising our vision of unity:

Unity: People centred approach to bridge building

Openness to Difference: Embracing human and social differences.

Respect: Treating others the way you want to be treated.

Integrity: Knowing and doing what is right.

    Inclusivity: Embracing opportunities to contribute.

Human Rights: Protecting the civil, political, economic, cultural, and social rights of human beings.
