GORM operates as a social enterprise (or social business). This means all our activities and traded services are driven by our social mission, and we reinvest our profits to achieve our vision.
We are an open book and committed to transparency and operating with integrity. It is at the core of everything we do.
Transparency is more than just a trendy term for us at GORM. We are dedicated to honouring our work and partnerships by conducting ourselves with integrity, a fundamental principle that guides our every action.
We value all contributions to social impact, which includes time, expertise, experience, passion and empathy. And among these money holds a crucial role as it empowers our mission. As a social enterprise, we emphasise ethical practices in income generation and invest a significant amount of time strategising how to secure the necessary funds to achieve our wholistic work.

Advisory Board Chair
Founder, Social Enterprise Solutions
Clodagh is an expert in scaling social enterprises. She has over 15 years experience in the not-for-profit and social enterprise sector both in Ireland and abroad in a wide range of areas from community development, youth justice to creative arts. Clodagh is currently undertaking her PhD, researching specifically the process of scaling a social enterprise.

Amory B. Schwartz is an American with nearly 30 years of experience in international media business development, concentrating on television and digital media. Amory was the General Counsel for SportsTribal Limited, a free, sports-themed streaming TV service hosting a wide range of new and exciting 24/7 sports entertainment channels and now the President and Co-Founder of C15 Studio.

Stha Banks
Advertising & Sales Manager, Meta
Stha Banks is a Sales Manager, GBG Mid-Market, UK & Ireland in Meta. With 14 years of experience in advertising Stha has delivered award-winning campaigns with local and international brands, developed processes; best practice frameworks. Stha also served as Board Director of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) until January 2022, where she had led the diversity, equality and inclusion projects in marketing and advertising.

Anne Roper
Broadcaster and Executive Producer
Anne Roper is a TV Executive Producer, Director, broadcaster, scriptwriter and documentary maker who self-shoots and teaches a variety of hands-on, visual story-making skills. She has worked at all levels of broadcasting, including on-air. For the last 25 years, her work and ideas have featured on RTÉ, Ireland’s national broadcaster in a variety of formats from TV to online, radio, audio & print.

Pablo de Tezanos-Pinto
Psychology Lecturer, University of Limerick
Dr. Pablo de Tezanos-Pinto is a Lecturer in Psychology, Faculty of Education and Health Sciences at the University of Limerick, Ireland; researcher of the Center for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies, Chile (COES).
His research focuses on the consequences of contextual levels of social integration, such as those in a particular neighbourhood or classroom, and how people may establish and maintain meaningful relationships across lines of social differences.

JD Buckley is Chief Executive Officer of Sky Ireland and has led the Irish business since 2012. JD is responsible for Sky’s consumer and media divisions, driving the growth of the overall business and leading a team of 1,000 employees in Ireland.

Lye Ogunsanya
Social Innovation Consultant
Lye Ogunsanya is a disrupter and social innovator. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Dídean, the first of its kind social enterprise in Ireland providing ethical housing solutions for international protection applicants. Dideans model has recently been absorbed by the Irish government, to which Lye acts as an advisor and consultant.
