We drive social change through the act of radical belonging. By simultaneously working with company leaders and underrepresented communities on the ground to unify, we cultivate holistic approaches to social change.
GORM is guided by Belonging Design Principles, and work under three core pillars. These are: Equipping Leaders, Enable Communities, and Elevate Voices.
EQUIP LEADERS
We equip leaders through evidence based intercultural training and consultancy. Our team of expert Psychologists (Msc. and PhD Levels) have over 30 years of accumulated academic research and industry experience in the area of Intergroup Relations, Cultural Diversity, Culture Management and Change Management.
